Hypeline Terms of Service

This is a translation. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms set the conditions for using Hypeline ("Service") provided by Gamanegi (가마네기) ("Operator").

2. Definitions

• "Users" are consumers (no login) and owners (Kakao login with a verified shop).
• "Reports" are what users send to add a shop, report a shop no longer selling, suggest a new trend or request an edit.

3. Changes

We post changes 7 days before they take effect (30 days if unfavorable to users).

4. The Service

• Trend information and shop maps based on public mentions and user reports
• Web push alerts you turn on
• Owner dashboard

Information is collected automatically and may be wrong. Please check with the shop before you visit.

5. Reports

• Report only facts. No ads, abuse, false information or content that infringes others' rights.
• Report photos are used only for checking, never shown, and deleted after 30 days.
• The number of reports per device per day is limited.

6. Prohibited

• Mass reports or requests with automated tools
• False "no longer sold" reports or fake shops
• Bypassing security measures
• Verifying with someone else's business information

7. Owner service

• Owner features are a free beta.
• If they become paid, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and you will only be charged if you sign up separately.

8. Rights infringement and temporary measures

Anyone whose rights are infringed may request deletion or a rebuttal via /request. We act without delay and may block access for up to 30 days when the case is unclear (Article 44-2, Korean Information and Communications Network Act).

9. Liability

We do not guarantee the accuracy of information and are not liable for losses from relying on it, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

10. Governing law

Korean law applies.
